Today was a pretty yucky day weather wise. Rainy/snowy/icy stuff. I wasn't feeling all that inspired. So Alex and I stopped at a local reservoir on the way home from preschool to take pictures. They turned out okay if you like looking at snow, snow, and more snow. :)
But while there I snapped a couple pics of this grassy stuff and preferred it over the scenery shots. I warmed it up a bit with Pioneer Woman's Sunshine effect and lowered opacity to 30%.

you must live around the corner from me, all we're getting is snow. Today it finally warmed up to 40! a heat wave, now we're expecting to wake up to another 6" of snow.
It does make for pretty pictures.
