As of July 1 I began posting my daily photos over at my main blog, A Fresh Perspective.
I found the need to eliminate one blog, and since this one came second, this is the one.
I hope you will choose to join me over at A Fresh Perspective for daily photos, photo challenges,
and some other fun stuff thrown in.

Alex and I went for a walk on our local community trail to see how wet and muddy it was after our winter thaw.  It is still fairly wet and muddy, so I won't be running on it anytime soon.  But we did find so many interesting things to photograph.  And even though our boots were caked with mud and our fingertips were frozen by the time we got back to the car, we had a good time.
I played around with this photo ... adding texture after texture, but I ended up just using my clean edit.  I feel it really doesn't need any texture added.  What do you think?

Its perfect as is. I do that too, keep adding texture and then realise that I like it clean.

I think it looks great! Most times I favor keeping things clean and simple.

I like it as it is. I'm always surprised at how much editing people do to their photos. I think 99% of the time they look better SOOC.
