As of July 1 I began posting my daily photos over at my main blog, A Fresh Perspective.
I found the need to eliminate one blog, and since this one came second, this is the one.
I hope you will choose to join me over at A Fresh Perspective for daily photos, photo challenges,
and some other fun stuff thrown in.

We got about 6 inches of heavy, wet snow overnight last night.  I guess winter isn't over yet.  :)  The kids had a 2-hour school delay, so I decided to be lazy and keep Alex home from preschool.  And hour and a half of school is pretty much a waste of gas for me.  Instead we shoveled out the driveway some, then went for a walk through our neighbor's woods, down to their pond, and then made a snowman.  Along the walk we came across these birds.  They are Cedar Waxwings (yes, I looked them up).  Aren't they beautiful?  I love how they all lined up ... just for me.  :)

Oh fun. What a wonderful capture. The snow shots are always wonderful, but the birds all in a row make it perfect. Happy weekend.
