Okay, sorry for the icky spider picture, but Alex and I discovered this guy (or gal?) while Alex was playing in the sand box.  I was using his plastic rake to help get some of the leaves out and this guy was hanging on for dear life until I discovered him and moved him elsewhere.  (No, I did not kill him.)

I know ... all these pictures of Nick lately.  But do you see the bloody hole in his mouth?  He pulled another tooth out this afternoon.  If he loses any more teeth, I'm going to have to puree his food.  :)  The Tooth Fairy will be visiting again tonight!

November 6

Nick participated in the Bible Quizzer's sleepover Friday night at our church.  Apparently they didn't get much sleep because he took a 3 hour nap on Saturday afternoon.  He NEVER naps!  He's my little Energizer Bunny boy.  He just keeps going and going and going.  So this is a rare moment for sure.

I believe this is a female cardinal sitting in the pine tree.  As much as I love my camera and the 2 lenses that I have, it is times like this that I wish I had a more powerful zoom.  *sigh*
