As of July 1 I began posting my daily photos over at my main blog, A Fresh Perspective.
I found the need to eliminate one blog, and since this one came second, this is the one.
I hope you will choose to join me over at A Fresh Perspective for daily photos, photo challenges,
and some other fun stuff thrown in.

ISO 400, f/7.1, 1/160s - Nick; ISO 400, f/7.1, 1/320s - Keira; 18-105mm lens
Nick and Keira on their last day of school.  This was Keira's last day at this school as she will be moving on to the Jr. High in the fall.  *sniff sniff*  And Nick will be moving up to 3rd grade.  I'm so proud of both of them!
(Keira's shirt is blurred because it has her school's name on it.)

Keira's class had their 6th grade awards ceremony this morning.  This is a photo of Keira with her teacher, Miss Nea, whom she will miss terribly.  (Forgive the noise ... and the horrible lighting ... I never get good photos in the school's gym.  I had to have such a high ISO, although I probably could have lowered it before I took this photo.  Or asked them to step outside.  Oh well.)  :)
Keira got more awards than I could possibly name, but the ones I am most proud of her for are the school district's Gold award (for a GPA of 3.5-4.0) and the Presidential Gold Award (also for GPA of 3.5-4.0 AND scoring advanced on PSSA's in both math and reading).  The fun award that she received was the "Payday Award" (as in Payday candy bar) for "always being determined and dedicated to being the best that she can be."
Tomorrow at noon (when school lets out), she will officially be a 7th grader.  *sniff sniff*
